I don’t understand how these glasses will work in the EU, where filming other people is against the law.
Just break the law and hope the other side is too poor to sue. Basically like everywhere else on the planet.
In data privacy cases are ALWAYS people that will sue - there are collectives with money and lawyers.
I think no win no fee is commonplace in the EU.
