im convinced shes the trans version of the gay homophobe trope. she herself is trans masculine but has internalized her transphobia so she hates herself too much to ever admit that and transition. instead she feels the need to stop other trans people who she sees as a reflection of a part of herself she hates and sees as wrong. i dont think this makes her any more sympathetic, just more of a tragic piece of shit.
