I know Bazzite is the deck build for HTPC, and is in testing right now for the next updates. There really isn’t any difference between in Bazzite or SteamOS in my understanding. Any advantages to change over I am missing?

    I haven’t checked the update since they have released it wider with the Steam Machine release. But their hardware support is much more limited: heavily focusing on their own hardware. It use to not work at all really outside of Steam Deck. If you have very similar hardware, maybe switch. Otherwise Bazzite is really the way to go. Much wider hardware support, supports Nvidia, and has additional optimizations.
