Exactly, Microsoft is more guilty than LG because this is not the first time it happened, last time it automatically installed some Razer malware when a mouse was connected (or maybe it still installs it).
That Razer malware allowed system privileges on a restricted windows account: just plug a mouse dongle and the system is automatically exploitable
