Thanks you again. I appreciate all your comments and will keep them in mind. I’ll probably ask the paralegal tomorrow if they will write a letter without taking the case, and what the cost will be, although I’m pretty sure the insurance company would refuse to talk to me, and only the lawyer after that. I should note I don’t know if the damage is permanent, yet, but that not having it properly attended in a timely manner certainly lends weight to the possibility.
