This mostly looks like the AI-powered remove/redact tool in preview on macos. It is actually quite good when used correctly, I have good experience blurring screens in photos with it.

The post is real. I think they Ai slop was just a weird censorship technique.

Now, whether or not the users on Reddit are bots getting freaky on main is a different question altogether…
