Our Public Works director didn’t want to learn to browse my maps on the web portal, so he spent like 35 grand on a third-party GIS tool thay was supposed to be super easy - we just had to provide the mapping for it.
He just assumed he could have me build out and maintain an entirely separate GIS system just for him.
