    Lol I did something similar, manager had me work the night shift then told me he wanted me to work morning at end of night shift. Said I can’t do morning on top of the night, he said if you dont come on youre fired, I said ok went home, never went in. Really does feel good man!

      It sounds like your former boss requested you to do a violation of OSHA guidelines.

      If it’s in Europe it’s very likely downright illegal.

      It’d also be an unjust dismissal and a breach of the termination period, so you could have filed a lawsuit to get compensated.

      The most important thing is that you got away from it, but if something like this ever happens again, I would recommend that you contact the union before saying OK to anything. It’s usually better to let the employer fire you for not showing up than to walk away and let them continue to do it to other people. They never learn - until they have to pay for it.

        I’m in the us we dont have rights here most jobs aren’t union. Now that I’m older I probably could have gotten wrongful termination though.
