    I am the same way. For me I just memorized 2 C to F conversions and work it as a relativity from there. 22C is about 72F, the perfect inside temp to me. Then because I live in a hot place my other anchor is 40C being 104F. To me that is the threshold going from “fuck this is hot” to “shitty hot, avoid outside”.

    I would recommend just memorizing some key anchor points that are normal for your climate and learning from those.

      That’s a very good idea. I may start doing that. I should convert my home thermostat but I’m pretty sure my wife would balk at it being set to “so cold” (23°C or so)
