Morphe is the way to go these days, the maintainer of Revanced pissed off its main contributors and they went over and made Morphe. Revanced’s significant recent updates have been to catch up with Morphe.
It also supports sourcing patches from other contributors directly so there are patches for apps like Chess.com and TikTok on Morphe that aren’t available on Revanced.
Also, Newpipe for mobile and FreeTube for PC
Edit: Someone in this thread mentioned Pipepipe, a fork of Newpipe with extra features. I had not heard of it, but it’s worth investigating
