As much as I want Luanti to succeed (because I’m actively looking for a minecraft replacement), it’s not there yet. On that subject: Tesera has promise, but is in early development and thus quite jank. Brickadia is pretty much just creative mode with a lego theme, and has its own jank. Lay of the Land could have been the best, but it lacks multiplayer. Veloren has all the gameplay I could ask for, but not building (as far as I know).
