    This person isn’t wrong. I know most of school funding comes from property taxes which means more prosperous regions usually have schools with better funding. Moreover per family children are fewer (statistically) in more prosperous families. This makes the schools have more money per student in already prosperous communities.

    Federal and state grants may skew this but these have not been >2/3 of funding for a long while
