I’ve had this thing happening the last couple days where the top of my head is tender to the touch lol but the lion don’t care.
I will have a hair follicle get tender for a bit too. Assuming it goes away it hasn’t killed me yet
Good enough for me!
Things i know will help but will not do
- eat more fiber
- more vegetal and fruit
- exercise
- sleep more
- sleep regularly
- no blue light before bed
- stop eating well before bed
- less sugar
- less caffiene
- less staring at screens
- sitting less
- cleaning (vacuuming, dusting) more regularly
Check for mold in your home
Check for AI while you’re at it.
I have this, I think it’s long covid.
It is if it followed a COVID infection.
I’ve heard of people developing long covid after an asymptotic infection.
It’s not unreasonable. A few folks have developed it after getting vaccinated against COVID. To anyone thinking they might skip on the vaccine for your reason: don’t. Health outcomes are still way way better if you get the vaccine.
I did get the vaccine just to be clear. I highly recommended everyone else do the same.
The lion should probably be more concerned with his fucking health, wtf?
FFS people talk to your doctor and make healthier decisions if you are experiencing this to the point it’s noticeable.
Doctors: Idk your test results are in the normal range 🤷
“That’ll be somewhere between $15 and $900, your insurance will let you know eventually.”
I love Europeans telling us to go to the doctor like it’s that easy.
Sounds like the lion is getting older and stoned-er
As a post-covid sufferer I’m definitely feeling this one.
Same. ME/CFS triggered by COVID.
And most doctors are useless about it refuse to believe it.
Was it caused by COVID or caused by the endless daily high stress caused by the world being run bybthe worst paychos causing people to just completely shutdown internally and kind of wish for a nuclear holocaust to clense the Earth, asking for a friend.
Nah those are legit different things.
The sympathetic/parasympathetic disregulation probably responsible for some MECFS cases is a different mechanism from the immune system disregulation probably responsible for others. Though, it is unlikely that just general stress would get you MECFS, you’re probably burnt out, which is also a real thing but different.
Key question: do you have an effort limit, and will surpassing that effort limit cause your body to revolt (sometime within the next ~24 hours) as well as lower your effort limit for future episodes?
I don’t remember ever being sick is the fucked up part.
