I have not read the article or anything, but my guess is that you’re allowed to insult public figures based on visible things about them without having to face a lawsuit over it because first amendment.
And I’m pretty sure the judge looked at him and was like, “you are a googly-eyed chud”. Like, he just told you the truth. You can’t sue someone for telling you the truth.
