The lawsuit faults Netflix for losing a drive that contained a copy of World War II thriller 'Fortitude.' The company maintains it's not responsible for the loss of the movie, which it says was delivered "without proper industry-standard safeguards."
And the crash was so loud that it stirred up a nest of angry bees.
