    Not the OP and I can only speak for myself, but my daily driver is a rig I built 9 years ago with a motherboard that released 10 years ago without a TPM and it’s running just fine. Processors have advanced so little in the past decade that my top-of-the-line 8c16t 6th gen i7 just powers through whatever I give it without worries. Upgrading the motherboard to a comparable one now means a new CPU and new RAM, and thats just not viable in the current climate. Once things do settle down and I build a new one, I’ll be moving over to linux anyway, W11 is an active security hazard that I’d rather not deal with, moreso than trying to run W10 after updates ended IMO.

      Oh so you don’t have a few $1000 just burning a hole in your account? Why are you being mean to microslop? Come on just spend the money, “upgrade” and have a worse experience.
