Does anybody actually believe the official story? Rubio couldn’t explain why he and Bessant stayed on the jet supposedly in danger.
He was having a dementia episode, and his handlers wanted him away from the press. Calling it an Iranian threat is just glazing him with tales of how brave he is.
If he were worried about danger he would have stayed on Airforce One. He just wanted to be somewhere without anybody knowing for a few hours, likely doing some illegal traitor shit like usual.
Qatar Force 1 was rushed into service and doesn’t have the security features of the older 747s yet. Even the possibility of a threat was probably real enough.
The Qatar jet had left hours earlier, the flight Trump boarded/sneaked off was the older AF1 jet. Then, in the UK he snuck back onto the older AF1, then disembarked from that plane, and got back on the Qatar jet for the flight back to Washington.
