It is my music player on Android actually. Not because its so good but because every other OpenSource player I tried lacked something for me that VLC had. Or they were just heating up my phone for no reason while just playing music, which is kind of a massive no for me.
I mostly use it for CDs when not watching videos/DVDs since I know like zero other software I can use that isn’t specifically for windows or can detect the CD in my USB disc drive.
Works like a charm, minus the maybe second, second and a half, audio glitch at the beginning of a song.
Using VLC to play music. Never thought of that before
I use it to play literally anything that has audio or video and it has never failed me
I thought about using it to play music a couple of years ago, but it lacked gapless playback which ruined some albums for me, so I discarded it.
