You are undervaluing yourself right alongside the roles you’re trying to hire
You just described 6 jobs for the price of 1/3 of one. The only people who will apply are bullshit artists who lie about being able to do the work
The salary itself is a decent one. Quite above the average. Either way it is what I can offer.
I didn’t say it’s difficult to find workers: found plenty good workers for about half that salary.
I did not start interviews yet, I’m confident I will find someone.
