    It’s modeling an attitude dismissive of the subject platform. It could also be highlighting one’s feelings on discussing the behaviors of that platform’s management.

    Good, bad, or indifferent, it’s a contribution and topical to boot.

      Nope, I can’t see how claiming that you don’t know about not just the post’s subject matter but also the entire community’s subject matter, adds anything to the discussion other than annoying others

        I found it sympathetic tbh.

        I can’t see how discouraging engagement on a free and open alternative promotes the goals of most lemmy instances. I get that some want a small isolated and difficult to reach communities but the mainstream statement is usually along the lines of displacing commercial media by means of providing a welcoming alterative.
