I know they did not run over tank man. The same camera would have captured it, for one. But no one ever claimed they did, even at the time. The event being a big deal, gets revised in propaganda delusions. I can explain why event was big deal if needed, but was never a claim about PLA running over tank man.
Except that one of those two pics everyone went their separate ways unharmed.
