It’s a conscription. Noone wants to be a cannon fodder over there, mass desertions. Ive seen tons of footage where people are kidnapped from the streets, all suppressed on official media but telegram channels have it. Thankfully only about 20% of them will make it to front lines, most flee from training camps and hide.
