I’m not sure what you’re arguing against.
One could argue that the fine is merely the cost of doing business given the way it’s structured and what it actually costs the company.
ie. That fine should arguably be significantly higher to have any substantial effect on the company’s behaviour.
Not everything is an argument online ;)
Just pointing out that it’s actually a good percentage for once. But then realising it’s tiny per year, due to the way it’s layed out.
