    I haven’t done a fresh install of Win10 in… a long time. I’ll have to backup my data obviously. And I’ll have to download and re-install all of my applications and programs, right? I have some that… I 🏴‍☠️ and the sources may not be available any longer.

    If security updates for Win10 LTSC end this coming January would it be advisable to just wait on Win10 until then? I’m guessing after that point I would have no choice than to “upgrade” to Win11 🤮

      Windows 10 LTSC gets updates until mid 2028 and if you use the IoT version 2032, both of which are full versions of Windows. And by all updates I mean security too. For free.

      As for sailing the high seas, if you have the installers now for the software you are using, now would be a great time to see if they are available and back that stuff up or break down and purchase it. It is up to you.
