How to get windows to not do disk checking or ruin my bootloader when i add a linux partition on the same drive. I don’t like the windows panicking when there is a linux partition on it and doing a variety of things, even if its not on the same ssd it STILL does disk checking but I have not seen anything worse than that on the same partition, but I need the space.

Dunno if this belongs in the linux subreddit but I mean if there is any way i can hide linux that could also work.

    If you’ve got a desktop, and using sata drives, you could use a SATA Power switch panel. Basically on off switches for drives so you can turn off the Linux drive when booting windows.
