Reminds me of two lines I’ve heard:
“You know they’re a brilliant programmer when they have a furry profile picture and multiple server donations active.”
“The more pride flags a server has, the more technically competent the inhabitants are.”
lol deep cuts here.
There’s so many good transfem stereotypes out there. I’m proud to embody at least half of them.
You’re not named Emma, Lily or Luna though, that’s at leasf 2 points off
But my name is a weird one outside of the Judeo-Christian canon, so that’s one point back on . :)
I think everyone needs a few evil stereotypes too.
Trans Rights and Trans Wrongs
Yes but like comically evil
OK, but who in the right mind is using FreeBSD on desktop?
I did for a few years. It was awesome. So simple, and clean, and reliable
How much work was it to get the hardware running? Did all the driver work? Did you need to patch some Linux software in order to make things work?
Most of it worked fine. I only ran into trouble once I started trying to run it on Raspberry Pi’s (which they have since started supporting).
But my laptops and desktop-servers didn’t have any driver issues that I remember.
Define “right mind”…
puh, tough one.
Part of me now wants to.
And why does it need KDE to be patched?
Its a reference to a 20 year old meme
