Exactly, personally I like to keep them on the opposite side of my house so that you can’t dry your hands at all.
Edit: I especially love it when my guests go to dry their hands and then have to start rummaging through my cupboards to find a towel, only, jokes on them! We don’t keep that in the bathroom!

Oh yeees! Of course the linen closet I have right outside of my bathroom! Why didn’t I think of that!? The bathroom which happens to open into my kitchen, where there are barely any cupboards for my kitchen stuff.
