    This should be a fascinating lawsuit from the point of the testing of the powers of TOS agreements.

    Sony says TOS says you don’t get ownership, regular contract law would say a reasonable person would expect ownership because consideration was the act of pressing a button that says “purchase” or “buy”.

    From past contract law, it should be pretty straightforward that purchase means ownership. It will be interesting to see how much TOS comes into play vs resonability.
