Friend of mine did a foreign exchange student thingo in Germany and one day the nice German granny or whatever cheerily announced “good morning! Today we bake a birthday cake for Hitler!” and if you had not clicked into these comments you’d never know this anecdote
It is Europe, those types of laws usually apply, if you are doing it in public, or as hatespeech etc. I would imagine the grannies can bake all the Hitler-cakes they want, inside their own homes. The dystopia taking over, is supporting making those cakes anyway

Might’ve been just a weed cake. Germans have a particular sense of humour.
Or just to rub in his face he’s dead and can’t eat any, effectively celebrating his death, sarcastically.
Couldn’t someone actually get into legal trouble for doing something like that in Germany? Or have they relaxed those laws
