The Bureau of Engraving and Printing sells them through the official government website, priced above face value as collectibles. Every note can be cut out and spent. Handing the whole sheet to a cashier is also valid, though they will silently curse you.

    There is this old wives tale about how Wozniak used to use or sell sheets of uncut bills he always kept on hand, one time he got reported to the feds and the feds explained to the person “Steve Wozniak is a government contractor”. Funny guy.
