If you want reference for the current state of the art in image quality, the Apple Vision Pro “eye window” display is a light field display.

So to do better you need to outspend Apple, by a lot

How many places can you find which describes light field displays as something different than the 2D array Apple made with that lenticular design to create unique images for every viewing angle?

If Apple had a better light field display tech available at reasonable cost they would’ve used it

I can’t find a single place that even claims it has what you describe. It uses 2 micro OLED displays. I see nothing about it “creating unique images for every viewing angle.”
