This is a tired conspiracy that always gets framed as ignoring an obvious warning.

Yes there was a warning but whats ignored is that there are constantly warnings of an attack because there is constantly attacks. They looked into the warnings and it seemed very unlikely they would fly over the wall or escalate beyond small hit and run rocket attacks.

      Um…did you read the article?

Because it specifically says that the warnings (and methods of communication) were not typical.

But this time, the call initiated by bin Zayed was unusual. A week and a half before October 7, 2023 the Emirati ruler called Netanyahu from the Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi and spoke with him for 45 minutes.

      because there is constantly attacks.

Source? AFAIK Hamas mostly does rocket attacks, not boots on the ground operations.

They looked into the warnings and it seemed very unlikely they would fly over the wall or escalate beyond small hit and run rocket attacks.

I mean, it’s part of the IDF’s job to respond to small hit and run attacks, being the Israeli Defense Force. Instead they were in the West Bank terrorizing Palestinians. Even if they underestimated the scale of the attack, they were warned by multiple sources that there would be a major attack soon.

As much as I want to believe Israel was warned before hand and that they allowed it this is still a very reasonable explanation, they were warned but that probably happens a lot because of all the false alarms.

I do know they are engaging in genocide tho.
