First time I ever heard anything about DHH (the main person that is now behind Omarchy) was when he announced he will stop using Typescript for one of his big projects, because the strict typing system makes it less fun than Javascript.

That argument is on the same level as “seatbelts in cars are bad because they restrict my movement”, i.e. completely inane bullshit no sane person could take seriously.

Somehow this evidently incompetent person somehow stumbled into enough success to now be able to spout hateful political messages without serious repercussions.

Usually when people start spouting hateful messages I lose respect for them, but there was nothing to lose in this case.
