Critics Consensus
Packing unforgettable scares into a sleek runtime while Austin Abrams’ crack comedic timing provides crucial levity, Zach Cregger’s Resident Evil is a propulsive tribute to the pleasure and terror of playing a truly spooky video game.
Pretty fun movie. After watching this I kept thinking how great Creggers would do making a remake for Evil Dead 2 and have the main actor play Ash.
This movie had the right amount of comedy and horror.
