Just say some obviously false things so people get the pattern. Or start with “Today is opposite day”, which isn’t a real thing so they can say that, but people will understand they’re implying everything else they say is false.
Depends on your storyteller, tbh. The book suggests that most pooka communicate in metaphors, which allow you to get much closer to the truth. It’s clearly a class you play for the roleplay.

Personally, I just rule it as an OCD-like compulsion to withhold the truth when prompted out of them.
