Many people are going for Mini PCs now, which are obviously larger than the Pi, but can be found for similar prices and offer x86-64 rather than ARM as most SBCs do.

Do you have a preference among these? Particularly for light-weight home servers and simple networked devices like a security camera?
I went the Mini PC route so I don’t have a lot of knowledge of different SBCs. Most of them should have reviews available online.
