I’ve never felt any need to have an Amazon account, there you go. Never bought anything for them or even found anything that I wanted to buy from them.

It helps that they were so late to market in NZ that they still aren’t really that commonly used here. There’s better local alternatives which cost less

I do use AWS for work though (but we’re gradually shifting off them, there’s way cheaper alternatives these days)
