its a bad question. its a case by case thing. you can ask “does baldur’s gate 3 use less ram on linux” and even that, to what extent? what causes the less usage? is it enough to drop a ram stick?
I agree. They could’ve just tested with 16gb ram instead to see how much the windows bloatware affects the performance. They do 32gb and use near 16gb ram and any good would use the remaining ram. It doesn’t make sense why they mentioned the 16gb minimum requirement, play games that nearly require 16gb ram but on a 32gb ram.
