So registered sex offenders can’t make a living? Would you rather have them on welfare?
A wide variety of innocuous crimes and misdemeanors, such as public urination within range of a school or park, or allowing lewd content to be visible on a screen near a child, can land you on the sex offender list.
So immediately my first reaction is fuck that guy and that will remain my stance unless more evidence comes forth. If he is a child rapist, no I dont think he should be able to work. In fact he should be thrown into the middle of the ocean with the rest of them. Personally I think if someone with these charges works for the public the details of their case should be well known and publicly posted.

I doubt anyone doesn’t want them to have a job. But a government job? Definitely not a good idea.
