24GB of RAM seems overkill for a handheld. I’d rather it have less and be cheaper. I’d also rather be ARM and cost 500USD AND have VR capabilities, but hey, that’s just me.
Yep, this was my dream back when external GPUs were a thing (maybe they still are?). And then I entertained the strix halo handheld devices for that same dual purpose, but those prices are bananas.

TBH if they could make it quieter I could be happy with it as a desktop/laptop replacement. Gaming handheld, docked desktop.

There sure as hell ain’t enough RAM on the Frame. It’s easy to find a sim that reboots it from running out of swap.
