Saw that at work recently, two employees sitting next to each other making labels, one gets $200+ per shipping label the other sub-$30 shipping labels. They did a test of trying to make the exact same label and got different rates so they finally said “okay time to talk to Fedex about fixing this…” Only after shipping a few hundred items at the exhorbanant rates was this fully figured out…
