I did not say it would not be an improvement. I asked primarily how you expect the collapse of the united states to happen, and secondarily why you expect the resulting state(s) (it will certainly not remain stateless!) that will come to take the former US’s resources when it collapses to do better than the united states has. Fascism is a cultural problem, and culture comes from the people. Unless you just wiped the USA off the map entirely, a collapse may well make the problem worse by radicalizing the populace and enabling an incredibly large-scale war.
