Like most things, people only talk about the downsides or the horrible experiences. I’ve only had one issue with them and it wasn’t the company, it was the idiot ass owner who got reported hard.
I think the problem is the idiot ass owners are the majority for most people now. Maybe it depends on where you’re going or what you’re looking for. I’d do a bed and breakfast in a quaint town but I’m done with airbnb in cities or tourist locations.
