I gave you a scenario where it is not harmful, even LLMs brings a lot to the usability of tools etc. Sure currently it is very costly, but framing it as little to no benefit is disingenous.
If anything I am clarifying the terms, but you are correct that is does not matter. Even if we call all of it AI, there are still clear benefits to the whole technology.

Muddling the terms don’t help anyone. We call new thing AI every five years, and it’s not helping.
