Memory makers switched production to HBM where they could and that doesn’t have that many applications outside of ML and graphics acceleration. Nvidia and aforementioned memory cartel will keep delivering their hardware to companies that committed to year-long agreements even if that bankrupts their clients so that’s going to delay things too.
