This is the year I can buy a good TV (any other things) for the first time in my life. Been on long term sick leave for 15 years but recently got increased economical support, including a big retroative payment from may till this month. Just ordered a Steam Deck, something I’ve been dreaming of having for years, some nice headphones and waiting till black friday to get a nice TV.
Groceries here in Sweden haven’t increased that much, my monthly cost is about the same as before but I’ve just had to replace some products for the few things that have gotten noticeably more expensive, really no difference to complain about.
Anyway, I’M SO FUCKING EXCITED!! Been living with hand me downs for most tech, got a shitty laptop from 2011 and a shitty 1080p TV with horrible contrast, color and it gets so damn warm, my headphones are falling apart. I never thought this all could happen at once, it’s like a full life upgrade.
