did you see the video of andy basically almost driving into a pedestrian crossing the street? I cannot find that one but here is him turning right on red which is illegal in NYC https://nyc.streetsblog.org/2025/05/28/speed-governor-leadfoot-cuomo-runs-red-light-after-midtown-confab
