Thought Antoliy was fake until I saw the Short were he’s telling girls they’re doing ab exercises wrong. Giggling, “Let’s see your abs then.” Dude unzips his uniform and he’s fucking ripped. Watching that guy match or out lift monster dudes is a lesson on training for strength vs. bulk. Also a lesson on books and book covers!
