My mother fell deep into the qanon bullshit hole. I was very surprised to find her pro-Palestine, but realised that a big part is likely just antisemitism.

You can surely just upload the picture to Lemmy? Then it’s immune to some corporation deciding not to host it any more five years from now.
When people do that I’m stuck with whatever resolution the browser makes it, usually can’t see it. And this is on a 40" TV. Lemmy is broken in about 3 dozen ways.
Probably best that I don’t get to see it at all then, so that it can look good on your expensive hardware.

You most be better paid than me. My phone cost less than all of the 40" tvs I looked for just now. I had my previous phone for many years until it died.
But that’s not the point. The point is I’m not particularly impressed with wanting it to look good on 40" when I can’t see it at all because imgur only works in some countries.
I got my bathroom TV for 50 bucks lol. 40" is tiny these days.
