    this is something i personally struggle with because MAN can people be fucking stupid and i have to actively remind myself they’re usually acting dumb and hostile because that’s the kind of personality capitalism cultivates

    same with my tendency to judge people’s habits and addictions. it’s a tough human tendency to fight. tips and hacks appreciated

      Every single person has something to teach.

      Everyone.

      Sometimes, that thing is patience. Sometimes it’s compassion. Sometimes it’s how to communicate better. Sometimes it’s when to walk away.

      But if you believe every single person has something to teach you, that is a huge hack.

        i’m learning that this is much easier said than done and SUPER easy to forget when they’re being belligerent asshats.

            painfully easy to forget; the asshats in my case are usually richer and/or more well connected and it’s sometimes costs me a great deal.
